Deep Tissue Massage $115-$210
A slow, intentional and thorough use of 60-120 minutes to target areas of chronic pain, inflammation or trigger points. This session often recovers someones affective mobility range and detoxes the musculoskeletal system.
Craniosacral $135
A fully clothed, light-touch style of therapy that focus’s on the bone structure throughout the. body, specifically the cranium, jaw, spine, pelvic girdle and shoulders. This modality is good for those who have hyperarousal, PTSD, mental and cognitive disorders or high levels of stress. Craniosacral is used primarily for ADHD, Autism, insomnia and brain/spinal chord injuries.
Skin Therapy $85-165
Using organic, locally grown farm fresh products for Ayurvedic skin therapy, acupressure and sculpting face massage combined in a 45-75 minute treatment. Enhancements using micro channeling, high frequency cupping and extractions are available.
Lymphatic Drainage $135
A head to toe effleurage intended to move toxins and other fluids along the lymphatic system (the immune system doesn’t have a pump so manual therapy is recommended for those with chronic inflammation or autoimmune disorders). My style includes focus on the stomach and face in this treatment.
Tarot Reading. $33-77
Recommended for after treatments if desired for an in person reading. All other readings are done over FaceTime, instagram video or zoom. I can do voice memos and send them directly to you. A 15 minute general reading focus’s on here & now + timing to next event + advice on what you can do to prepare and take action. 30-45 minute readings dive into wealth, health and love + personal questions.
Clinical Hypnosis $165

Signature Session $225
A combination of all of my work put into a 120 minute treatment. This can be customized to your specific needs. Usually stretches out into a 60 minute massage, 30 minute facial and 15-20 minutes of tarot.
